One Time Services
- There are often pest problems that occur only rarely and where there is no ongoing service desired. These situations may be handled with a single service.
- Examples of pest problems that may only require a one time service include: bees, hornets, and yellow jackets.
Nuisance Wildlife Control
Although the risk of wildlife transmitted disease is usually low, pest management professionals, animal control officers and wildlife managers have a higher risk than the general public since their work brings them in frequent contact with wild animals, parasites and habitats. The implications of contracting such a disease can range from a minor illness, which may be confused with a cold or flu, to debilitation or death. A variety of wildlife diseases (Rabies, Leptospirosis) and parasites (Hookworms, fleas) are at least potentially transmittable from animals to humans. Wood Destroying Insect or Organism (WDI or WDO) Inspections
Commonly referred to as Termite Inspections
- A Wood Destroying Insect Inspection is a detailed inspection wherein our inspectors look for wood damaging pests and provide a report used for real estate closings
- The inspection screens for Termites, Woodborers (Powder Post Beetles and Old House Borers), Carpenter Bees and Carpenter Ants
- A detailed legal report is given upon completion of the inspection findings
- All of our inspectors have attended and passed our extensive Wood Destroying Insect class and are state registered or certified
- This Inspection is required by most lenders for the sale or refinance of a home.
Integrated Termite Service
- This service is designed to use two or more techniques to gain control of termite infestation
- Products may include monitors, baits, liquid termiticide, termiticide foam, or borates
- Access to the interior may be required on the initial service and subsequent follow up visits
